500 Choice Warm-Up

12×25’s from the middle of the pool focusing on making it past the 3rd line off every wall. Treading water in between 25’s@:30.

20×50’s or 30×25’s HIIT…High Intensity Interval Training.

-Set a goal 200 time and then hold that pace for the 50’s… For example Ed’s goal 200 time was 2:05, so he wanted to hold :31’s for all of his 50’s…if you miss your goal time, rest a 50 and then pick up from there.
